A wedding and event venue was running enquiries, date holds, pricing and post-event settlement out of email and spreadsheets. The bottleneck was not the public site -- it was that nobody could see, in one place, which dates were held and what each event owed.
What I built
A public site with a gallery, plus an admin covering the whole lifecycle: enquiries, customers, date holds, events, pricing, generated PDF documents, an inbound email inbox, settlements and analytics. Next.js on AWS Amplify with DynamoDB, Cognito and SES.
What changed
Enquiry through settlement lives in one system instead of across a mailbox and a spreadsheet.
